Bocock Family Farm
Work began at the Bocock Family farm North of St. Albert in the spring of 2010. Great Canadian Solar was contracted to construct a 3.36 kW grid connected photovoltaic (PV) power system initially. Work began in the spring of 2011 to increase the system to 5.08 kW and then 11.32 kW in 2016.
Responsibilities consisted of:
- Design of the PV system
- Filing of electrical, building, and utility interconnect permits
- Procurement of all necessary materials
- Construction
- Commissioning
- Post construction system monitoring and maintenance
