The building owners Christy Benoit and Dennis Cuku were determined to construct the most northern net-zero commercial building in Canada. With the mandate of producing as much electricity as the facility needed within the footprint of the building, GCS was contracted to work to make this goal happen. This great project also received the Canadian Solar Industries Association of Canada’s Solar PV Project of the Year. This project was completed in partnership with Enmax Energy.
