GCS was the prime contractor on the Peaks of Eagle Ridge Condo project, which remains the largest installation in the City of Fort McMurray. This project is constructed over four buildings which are home to 403 residential units. The challenges of this project were operating in an environment where hundreds of people live, and construction delays due to “The Beast” wildfire shutting down the city for a prolonged period of time.
